Arabella Rochell Aguirre - Ninth Honor Student Arabella Rochelle Aguirre is the daughter of Alonzo Aguirre Jr. and Myrelvia Raquel Aguirre. She was recognized on the Superintendent%u2019s Hi-5 list, and graduated with an Associate%u2019s Degree from Texas Southmost College. Since her freshman year, she served the San Benito Belles Drill Team, earning recognition for All-American Honorable Mention, All-American, and the Pizzazz award. She was also a part of the Varsity Girls Powerlifting Team and was a 2-time Texas High School Women%u2019s Powerlifting Association Regional Qualifier. Arabella was the Student Council Vice-President and Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society Historian, and a proud member of NHS, and SNHS. Outside of school she was a Lower Valley Cotillion Club Debutante and a Tip-O-Tex Trail Rider. She plans to pursue a bachelor%u2019s and PhD in Nursing at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, specializing in Anesthesia. Arabella lives by the verse Deuteronomy 31:6-8, and with God, family, and friends being by her side, she did it all.Cassandra Marie Guzman - Tenth Honor Student Cassandra Marie Guzman, daughter of Eduardo Guzman, Jr. and Alma Guzman, is a highly accomplished student who has achieved numerous academic and extracurricular achievements. She graduated with an Associates Degree from Texas Southmost College and was a finalist for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Cassie has served as 3 time Class President, 2 time Treasurer for the Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society, Vice President of Publicity for Student Council. Cassie is also a proud member of the NHS, Rotary Club, and SNHS. She excelled in volleyball, basketball, softball, and cross country, earning awards like 1st Team All-District and Setter of the Year. Cassie plans to join the United States AirForce and pursue a PhD and Physician Assistant career.Associates of Arts %u2013 General Studies Degree Scholars
